Access floating support provides short term support and guidance to residents who are living independently in any type of accommodation and struggling with managing their tenancy or understanding their tenancy obligations.

Access floating support worker will carry out an assessment of your needs and agree action plans to help you resolve any crisis and improve your independent living skills and confidence to achieve set goals and ability to make your own decisions.

Access floating support services includes but not limited to the following; moving in and settling into your new home, support filling forms to access housing benefits and other entitled benefits, support with paying rent, bills, managing debt and budgeting, support to make and attend appointments, sign posting to other agency, reporting repairs and other tenancy issues, helping you to become more independent and part of your local community, support to access education, volunteering, training and work opportunities, support with preventing and managing anti-social behaviour.
